Not good enough or even fit enough, terrible second half from him

£120m spent and he’s still our 2nd choice striker, it’s an utter joke.

The poor guy is broken. He needs a reboot elsewhere.

yer i agree. its sad i wanted him to make it coming from lower leagues and with the background etc but he might be better off elsewhere.

not really all his fault tonight but we have really started badly with the 'quality' we have.

maybe momentum was our friend after all last time round in champ.

And people think he’s good enough for the favourites to win promotion? Wow. League two club wouldn’t want him. Poor

Have to agree. I thought he'd be OK as our third choice striker, but that performance tonight...

He's just nowhere near the standard required of an Ipswich Town player. And the truth is, he never has been.

He wouldn’t have even got in the Bromley side tonight. He gives his heart and soul but sadly just not good enough.

But even giving his heart and soul he’s not even fit enough or fast enough.

I genuinely thought he did ok in the first half. OK he messed up the 1 on 1 but a great run to get on to it and build up play generally ok.

Then in the second half when we had our purple patch I thought where is he? And he was just lumbering around. This was before he went out wide. It just got worse from there.

McKennas fault picked him and then gave him the penalty after he missed from two feet.

I disagree. OK, I think he has limited ability, but he was put out on the wing that is not his natural position. Too many players do not fit the system McKenna likes to play. He's tried putting them in different positions and it hasn't worked. When players don't play well, it's easy to attack them but so often it's about the way they are coached and managed.

But surely as a striker you are expected to take a penalty and maybe KM was proving a point!!

“Thought he did okay but missed a one on one”…
Unfortunately at this level and for Ipswich Town, we need a lot better.
