Excellent. Completely agree and eloquently put.
The club has been on a bonkers journey. The idea there will be no turbulence from the changes we've had, the change in personnel, grappling with a different transfer market in such a short time etc. is absurd.
Preseason was the vibe I got last night too. Not that it wasn't very disappointing.
How many fans going berserk were here when things were really tough? Losing to Exeter under Hurst by a hateful while Chambo took pops at him in the interview afterwards because he (correctly imo) called out the post Mick complacency. |  | | |

We got a lot of glory hunters become fans last 2 seasons, or suddenly the ones who had 'always supported Town' come out of the woodwork. Now they cannot handle a period where we aren't winning.
Plus they unfortunately think football is actually like fantasy football, where Ashton just goes oh I'll have Salah, Rice, Guehi, etc.
It's no different to other teams who have taken a step back, they've all had similar issues with fans. I laugh at some of the fans who are quick to point out what a basket case fans of teams are given how they overreact, and then do the same re Town. |  | | |
