Water parks/swimming pools 19:09 - Aug 24 with 425 views | itfc_bucks | Bringing the kids to Suffolk next weekend, looking to stay either in Fram or Felixstowe. They want to hit up a decent swimming pool, ideally something with slides or wave machine/lazy river etc. Any suggestions?

Forecast is looking a little iffy, but they're no stranger to going in the sea! We're in a camper van so my only concern is about getting them warm again afterwards.

Colchester has flumes and a lazy river but no wave machine. Crown Pools definitely still had its wave machine c18 months ago so presumably still does, but otherwise not a lot else Not a swimming pool but as a left field shout to the OP, Alton Water have their Aqua Park on atm: https://anglianwaterparks.co.uk/aqua-park-alton

It’s got a slide, deep pool and a beach style pool for younger ones. I hadn’t been in the Felixstowe pool for 30 years and it was like going back in time, nothing had changed a bit.
