A crucial problem with it is he left Leicester because he didn't believe he was finished nearer the top of the game; wanted to maximise his time left. Last I'd heard he has his heart set on reuniting with Brendan at Celtic, suggestive of PL interest failing to materialise. He may have to readjust his sights / accept defeat towards the end of the window but I don't imagine for one second that he'd join a direct competitor to his beloved Foxes (would sooner move abroad imo). | | | |

We spoke to him just after the end of last season. Didn’t get as far as offering a contract but discussions were certainly had. Has his heart set on a move to the states or a top division side in Europe, but by all accounts we’re still on his potential list for a few weeks time if none of those things transpire. Don’t think it will happen, but we definitely spoke to him. |  | | |
