We need someone to challenge Hirst, this is an absolute 'must' - a non-negotiable. I think we also need an Omari replacement (Eglie is the obvious here).
Then, depending on who leaves, we may need another squad player or two as well. Assuming we gain the above two signings, then it's been a good/ very good window IMO.
I get the frustration around getting players in quicker, we'd all love that if possible but we are not alone in not being able to do that - so I don't think it's entirely a Town issue.

Egeli, I think, can play there as can Akpom but I would still rather see a Hirst/ Delap style player coming in as well. | |

Completely agree. A striker is an absolute must. A top quality one at that. Possibly as a regular starter with Hirst playing a role off the bench, which I thought he did extremely well last season. |  | | |
