Not sure exactly how many, but I've found that if I want to get two or three seats together, I need to be in the first 1200 - 1500 in the queue. Today I am 3614, so no point even waiting. |  | | |

Queue is moving glacial slow today, got in at spot 400ish and now 328 after 5 minutes with the website suggesting 12 more minutes...normally takes a couple of minutes to get on when that early in the queue, demand eh? | | | |

I think they have changed the mechanism around queuing / purchasing - used to take you in to the purchase and you had 10 mins, but I assume that queue time for others would still count down.
I think now it is not letting you in to purchase untl the previous 10mins have run out for those ahead of you, and may be only allowing 100 in at a time? | | | |

Yep I was thinking along those lines. Probably helps actually, plus stops you putting seats in the basket and them they becoming not available by the time get to checkout. | | | |

When you join the waiting room has no impact, everyone in the waiting room gets allocated a random queue position at 10am.
If you try to access the site after 10am, you just join the back of the queue (the 'back' of the queue today at 10am was about 5200). | | | |

Was a little over 500th in the queue and managed to get 4 together albeit restricted view in the back corner.
I really didn't expect to be able to get them once I missed out in the ballot so am delighted especially to be able to take the children to their first ever derby match. |  |

It might be BS though, all of a sudden shot through from 300 to getting the ticket in a matter of a couple of mins.

Got there in the end. I was actually queue number 57 so should of been easy but just wouldn't update the page from "coming soon" to "add to basket". Was about to give up all hope, refreshed one more time then I was in :)
