Good point given that Stoke and West Brom have been fined £5,000 for a more recent incident. That is unless the charge has been contested by one of the clubs which would delay proceedings a bit, although given the fairly low fines involved that probably isn't worth it. |  | |  |

It's the normal, but horrible, double negative they use to ensure it matches the rule as it's written.
The rule states that clubs must 'ensure their players don't act improperly/provocatively'.
The charge is that we failed.
