Any of you 'football lads' there?

Genuine question.

What do Town fans and football fans in general attending these Little Tommy marches think about all the brown, black and foreign players representing their clubs? Little Tom has historically signed up to multiple far right organisations - one of which being the old BNP who openly promised to 'forcibly remove all brown and black people from Britain' should they get into power. Do these people watch football with partisan blinkers on? Do they not support these players in their team? I genuinely don;t undrstand how it works.

I honestly don’t know. I asked my friend this the other day when we were in the pub and some proper blokes were going off about immigrants (including those with legal residency) taking jobs away from them and how it’s wrong.

They then went on to say how great certain foreign players were for the team they support.

Absolutely clueless.

26 police officers injured so far, some seriously at the divide and conquer march, how many at the palestine action protests?

interesting

Since you ask, 17 of the 890 arrests were for assaults on police officers.

Interesting 🤔

Whether rightly or wrongly PA are a proscribed organisation. Showing support for a proscribed organisation is a criminal offence. These people knew that but chose to go ahead and wear t-shirts etc. The police had to act and arrest them otherwise it just makes an ass of the law. Perhaps they expected the police wouldn't arrest them in large numbers. They were wrong.

Bollox. I’m not having that - your post which you ended with ‘interesting’ was a rather clumsy attempt to portray the supporters of the far right as more law abiding than those who attended the Palestinian Action March.

Don’t backtrack now.

Statistically today's march WAS more law abiding. IE. Over half of them weren't arrested. So yes i am absolutely saying it was more law abiding!

But it was also genuinely made up by racists in the majority.

Doesn’t that say something about how the laws are here?

Were you there? Did you personally speak to every person at the march and establish the majority of them were racists? Well done if so. You must have had a busy day!

Come on now mate, that’s why I said the majority. You know what I mean. We’ve all seen the videos and heard the chants. We know what Tommy stands for.

how many of these "assaults" involved bottles thrown at them? how many ended in hospitalisation of the police officers?

do you stand with tommy robinson/elon musk or the police on this? this disingenuous trolling does nobody any favours and is amplifying divisive rhetoric. is that what you're trying to achieve? does it enhance your life by going back and forward trying to win the internet? it may give you some joy but it's really not my scene mate.

I wasn't there so im not going to speculate as to what the motivations are of the people who went. The only point I am making is it went off a lot more peacefully than the Palestine Action march last week. Sorry that seems to be hard to accept for some!

I think those who historically have fought oppression are seen as the ‘disrupters’ and are marginalised/penalised more.

I think England is largely more accepting of people like Tommy when you get down to the bare-bones of our culture, and it’s part of the reason I feel so alienated living here.

Really lost to the far right now aren't you.
You know the vast majority of the Palestine Action arrests were of people holding a placard. No links with Musk saying parliament must be overthrown. No spreading of hatred and harm.
But hey you go on supporting Yaxley Lennon and his hateful followers.

Don't respond to me then. I'd really rather you didn't. I haven't amplified any "divisive rhetoricj". I've simply commented on the relative numbers of arrests. Have a good evening anyway.

we see what you're doing; it's very sad if this somehow enhances your life, very odd behaviour for a grown man.

you continue to try and win the internet, the majority here will continue continue to stand up for decency and sincerity

A very well attended event without a doubt.
I find the rise of the far right very concerning.
Whilst I'd like to think there is a proportion of attendees who may share different views to me but are generally law abiding, there is absolutely no doubt the event was awash with right wing thugs. This was ultimately proven by their disgusting behaviour. For balance, I'll happily condem any attacks on police at the PA demos, but I think most observers would agree that whilst arrests are high (which of course is the point), the vast majority of attendees are peaceful.
Whilst your posts on the event are provocative and are recieving some attention, I can't help but wonder what your position is on SYL and the right wing thuggery?

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Isn’t that because Palestine Action are considered a terrorist organisation and anyone expressing support for them - such as wearing a T-shirt etc - was instantly arrested. Unfortunately, most of those racist c**ts out today, are not considered to belong to a terrorist organisation.

And you knew that but you just wanted to stick up for the flag shagging Neanderthals. Well done you.

The motivations of those who attended is quite simple in that they are racist cocks.
