You could always use this thread to talk about Cajuste or Furlong or other players that played well. Take your pick.

It is important to have a separate thread by every member of the board in order that you can go way off topic in a thread rather than stay on topic in thread.

Town players as geometric shapes:

Gio Do Decahedron

This challenge caused me to google a list of shapes... which led me to discover there's a transcendental curve called a Bowditch curve!

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Remember Jamma’s volley?! Unreal.

I was there when Cole Skuse scored.

Am I the only one who thinks we might regret loaning Obgene out to the Blunts?

This isn’t a slight on Ogbene as he’s been very unfortunate in his time here, but he was never going to get a game here once McAteer and Egeli come through the door and seemingly Burns not being a million miles away from returning either.

Think he’ll be a good player for them if Wilder gets the job again.

Poll: We’ve got super KM, he knows exactly what we need. Woolfie at the back…

Although Cheo may have a slightly awkward time arriving for training tomorrow morning.

"How did you get on without me lads?

Too soon?"

"Shut up Cheio."

You're absolutely right, of course.

What you're probably not aware of is how and why this thread came into existence. There were three threads which suddenly became dumping grounds for hackneyed TWTD opinions, pathetic songs and "Town players as..." posts. This was one of the threads. None of the posts were serious.

My true thought about Ogbene's move are still more or less as I stated them here 10 days ago, here:

Chiedozie Ogbene is sound. by Cafe_Newman 5 Sep 18:30
He has learned more about the realities of life during his time out injured and his work in the community than most footballers ever learn.

I hope he stays fit and is back in our squad as soon as his contract with the Blades allows.

Huge credit to the Town medical staff and management for helping Chieo take these steps in his life, potentially to the significant benefit of a rival club.

There's some good people at our club who realise that life is bigger than football.
