Can KM turn this around? 17:21 - Sep 20 with 4098 viewsBouncebackIpswich

Shocking performance YET AGAIN today. A team lacking fluidity and attacking patterns, unable to string passes together and control games, toothless but also defensively fragile and this is despite having players on the pitch like Cajuste and Davis who are clearly far too good for the league.

A special shout out to Kasey Mcateer who would be overpriced at 120K, 12 mill in what world... He is woeful.

Having serious doubts about McKenna now, starting to look like a busted flush. Can he actually turn this around like we all assumed he would given a few games?

As Frank S says, what utter bobbins.

And as for Macateer, bet you enjoyed Jaden's hat trick the other week. He didn't have a great start to career here.

Macateer is no slouch. Works hard. Clearly liked for many reasons. Maybe give him more than a handful of games?

Exactly this a hand full of games that’s all. We have had a few since KMc has been here that have started poorly but the manager knows what he is doing. I do wonder how many of the users on here are sat in their mums basement in a dark corner of Narwich making comments here.

McAteer looks another overpriced unnecessary player to add to the pile.

Philogene had one decent game mostly due to Ben Godfrey. Down arrow all you like but he's been terrible since signing.

So has/were Greaves, Clarke, Muric, Ben Johnson.

There are serious questions and I fear they will only get raised by fans when the penny drops that we'll be midtable.

We definitely have spaffeda lot of money up the wall!

We got lucky with Omar n Delap but how many come off?

The guy who is still at Boro maybe would have improved us.

Can Nunez play behind Hirst?

Another person unaware how things went for Sir Bobby at the start of some seasons.

And he hadn't got two promotions under his belt either. Some of this narrative is breathtaking

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
Poll: Which recent triallist should we have signed?

What a load of utter bobbins. First half, in flashes, we were looking like 23/24. Some really good passing moves, Matusiwa's getting the hang of the Morsy turn-and-break, cutting edge wasn't quite there yet but I've rarely felt as confident we were going to go on and win a game. Second half we were dreadful, but given we were pretty much trying to play a quick-passing game in a lake by that point it's hardly surprising. So stop pissing your smalls, we're going to be fine.

We were trying to play a passing game on a lake - and we’ll be fine.

Oxymoron .., pub manger’s wouldn’t do that!!

We were shocking and have been (mostly) for our last 44 games…, hardly form is it.., more an elephant in the room…, and even promotion isn’t ‘fine’

McKenna and Ashton are SO far from premier league ability it’s a death by a thousand cuts.., £200 million and you’re happy with ‘fine’ Christ alive…, bet you hounded Mick when he spent £3.25 and was twice as good results wise.

Pathetic apologists…, wrong type of rain innit.
