I think that is underplaying the mood of Mailonline readers.

I suppose I picked a more extreme comment but the top-rated comment (from someone in Worthing) is "He's not wrong!!". It has gone up from 2.2k likes to 2.8k likes in a matter of minutes with only just over 100 voting against.
