He deserves a knighthood. I hope plenty will be out to support him on the day.
He certainly does. It’s difficult to think of anyone more deserving of recognition. These are the sorts of people I’d like to see featuring more in the press, rather than orange arseholes begging for awards like we’ve seen plastered all over the news lately. Sinfield epitomises the best of humanity.

The guy is an absolute hero, he should 100% be knighted.
This is nothing short of amazing, the guy must be a machine. I was diagnosed with MND in July this year and it's progressing far quicker than we expected. I was amazed how many people don't know what MND is, so raising awareness is just as important as raising the funds to research a possible cure. I have that Monday booked off work as I turn 50 on the Sunday, I had no plans, but now i will be heading to portman road to cheer him on. Top man.

My heartfelt condolences on your diagnosis. This is a cruel disease and you are right to make the most of life especially when you are mobile. Try every drug they offer to slow the progress and get started on your bucket list.
Charlie Bird, a senior RTE reporter was diagnosed with MND in 2021. Despite his difficulties with speech he decided to climb Croagh Patrick ( pilgrimage site ) to raise awareness of MND. Here is a video of the uplifting event ( please forgive the Diddly eye music in the sound track ).
