Our away form is poor, I get that. I thought tonight was a good game between two decent teams and we came off second best, just. Have a look at some of the comments tonight though - “dreadful”, “p1ss poor” “disgraceful” etc. Someone’s even posted suggesting the players refund the fans who’ve travelled. We’re a new team, it’ll take time. Recent home performances have been excellent. Away form will improve. I just can’t accept that the same players lauded as heroes in their last game should be getting so much stick the next. | |

We scored in the 94th minute at Birmingham and in the 106th minutes against Derby. We’ve been excellent at getting late goals throughout McKenna’s time here. Several criticisms that can be levelled at the performance tonight but picking on how we played out the last minute of injury time is an odd one. Launching it into the box when they had 11 men back wasn’t going to lead to anything. | |

They were slicing through us, getting into good positions and missing chances, whilst at the same time committing so many forward that we also looked like scoring each time we attacked them.
It wasn't until the last 20 when they ran out of steam that we could have scored 4,5,6 | |
