Tend to find Szmodics and Akpom end up just dropping onto the last line a lot alongside Hirst, where as a Chaplin type used to drop just off into the pockets, which made him so difficult to pick up.

But how many 8’s 10’s and inside forwards do we have…., it’s like 4 right backs, 4 or 5 10’s and 8 or 9 inside forwards.

Nunez will hopefully keep the 10 shirt …, not sure Sammie and Akpom offer much of elsewhere .., combined with our failed right side signings, that’s about £50 million not including Walle who obviously needs time and patience.
Out recruitment is shocking.
Nunez could be player of the year and captain by the end of it…, he’s got the lot. Shin kicker, eye for a pass, goals, set pieces, busy, and he wants it. Lovely footballer. Quality.
