Hasn't been a headline maker yet but I do think it's a very good sign that a kid of his age, and background, is coming through 90 minutes of a game like that and getting stronger & stronger as it goes on. It's going to come for him pretty soon, we've an absolute gem there.

There’s a lot of potential there for sure.

He seemed to move into the middle of the pitch for the last 20mins or so and I thought he looked a lot more at home and confident there

Starting to see some signs.

We are so keen to play down the left (which is understandable), that Egeli was pretty much non existent in the first half. Not entirely his fault, we don't support down the right the same way we do the left either. Easier for teams to double up on him.

That said, one or two good raking balls and a couple of lovely reverse passes as well in that first half.

Second half, certainly with Nunez on, he really got involved more and started to look threatening. Like Ivan, should have scored but there are promising signs there.

We need to be threat down that right to offer a bit balance and give teams a little more to worry about.

He's a kid, who's moved over from a new country and had to leave all his mates, potential mrs, family etc behind after having an 'easy' ride being back home - yet he's still showing good signs in moments in games. He is only going to get stronger and stronger. Got himself in a couple good areas today.

Largely agree but don’t forget he also moved to a different country 2 years ago!

I'm so thick. This whole time I thought Nordsjælland was in Norway...

This probably sounds strange, but when we made the subs at 75mins, he started walking a few steps across the pitch towards the other side - I assume he was expecting to be subbed. Then he stopped when his number wasn't displayed and did a little jog back to his wing. It seemed to give him a massive life, and he was very dynamic for those last 15 minutes

When Davis was heading for the byline Egeli often took up the Chappers position around the penalty spot. He's had a few shots blocked but he hits them sweetly and one will fly in soon enough.
