We have 9 matches scheduled and are currently going at 1.6 ppg over the season. In our last 6, we are at 1.83 ppg. 6 of the matches are away whilst 3 are at home. Our away ppg is 1.17 and home is 1.78 ppg.
So, if we are improving as our form suggests we are we could get more than 20 points. At our overall season rate, we would get 14-15. At our current 6-match form we would get 16-17. If you break the overall season home and away down, we would get 12-13.
That suggests we are on track for between 12 and 22 points. I would assume that whoever went fewer than 10 points is expecting a few postponements.
Quality opposition and goal shy strikers is not a good combination. If we get anywhere near 20 points , I would predict play offs at least. If it is nearer 10 points , it will be a struggle no matter what the January brings us.
