It's a hard watch. If i was being positive i'd say we're pressing okay but when we get the ball we're toothless. Lack any fluidity or momentum. We look like we're waiting for something to happen rather than making it happen. |  | | |

Dull game between two ordinary-looking teams. Hull only ahead in the chances stakes by virtue of a couple of things dropping to them which in fairness has come from trying to force the issue which we haven't done.
When we do manage to win the ball ahead of their midfield we still go backwards and wait for Hull to get into shape before getting going.
That right hand side makes you tear your hair out - full of workrate and very solid but the quality on the ball from both Furlong and McAteer is genuinely awful. |  |
