How frustrating was that 20:49 - Nov 28 with 925 viewsbournemouthblue

we massively lack the speed of Burns down those wings for sides like this

We are all very predictable when we pin sides back

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

We lack speed full stop.

We seem obsessed with cutting inside rather than trying to beat the defender and whip the ball in.

62 - 78 - 81

We just don't move the ball quick enough - players holding onto it far too long

Pace isn't much use when there's no space in behind.

Our final third play has been poor. Quality not quite there with the final ball.

Dominate the match but could be 2 down.
Bizarre

That's where Burns would be so useful

Just burn them down the flank and stretch them apart

It's football.

Like Morsy occasionally did. Matsy giften then their goal.

Frustratingly slow. Final ball is lacking and we need to start hitting the target.

Hoping for a big 45 as Oxford should slow down

Why don’t we run at teams through the middle ? We seem so obsessed with getting it out wide .

Almost every time we have got Leif on the overlap we have created something. 🤔

Well we’ve only spent 35M down that flank.

Anyway disagree, we miss Hutchinson with the ball at his feet actually scaring defenders, Philogene is flicks and tricks but doesn’t have his ability running at defenders like Omari did for us. Burns would likely struggle with teams sitting this deep as well.

Leif hasn't been as effective this year because Philogene rarely makes attacking passes to him but also the classic cutback where Chappers would be usually finds no one

Yep we do miss him, that long cross field ball over the top is a good outlet to have and Burns is always looking to receive that, then you get behind sides...
