I was thinking this too but concern is Clarke when we are defending, is he strong enough in the middle of the pitch to enable us to get out, hes great final third and when on the left he’s developed his tracking back game but there is little time in the mid third. I dont know if Cov is the game to try this or perhaps it is exactly right and time for a mix up. |  |

I think Ben Johnson deserves a start. He must be about the only one in the squad who is not down on confidence from those 3 away games. Let's be honest we were poor in all of them, but somehow picked up 4 points. The only problem is I think his best position is surely going to be taken by Sindre. I would not be surprised if Humphreys gets minutes too. He retains the ball very well and tends not to do eye of a needle passes like others do and lose possession.
Well let's be honest we need to try something. But quite typically we are up against a side who will most likely have a go at beating us at our own game so that might throw everything out the window. Lol |  | | |

Nunez or Egeli for me. Egeli can certainly make things happen on his own but I've seen enough strength, calmness and skill on the ball to suggest that he could do well as a half and half finisher/creator as a central 10.
He'll undoubtedly make some bad decisions in that position, but the upside of playing him there is potentially huge.
The other plus point is that I don't think he'll get too down if it's a bit messy - he (and the team) will take so much out of the good bits, that the bad bits won't bother us.
Probably not on Saturday, but who knows. |  |

Happy to have him in the 10, but physically, that means the only real presence in that attacking trio behind the 9, would be Walle Egli.
I'm far from convinced by either Hurst or Azon, Akpom looks a mile off the pace.

Disagree, I think Clarke’s ball carrying ability makes him the better option. I think recently Nunez has shown why McKenna has on a couple of occasions said he’s more of a 6 or an 8. |  | | |
