Targeting Jews is clearly antisemitic. Targeting Israel for appalling behaviour is clearly not. The Israeli government have deliberately and consistantly attempted to blur this distinction. This disrespects actual antisemetic acts such as indicated by the report ( and the mass shooting in Bondi ). Antisemetism ( like all forms of targeting race or religion ) should be stamped on very strongly.

Suprise suprise, somebody had to make it about Israel again, even though Israel wasn't mentioned in the op. Most people wouldn't need to muddy the waters by typing anything after "Targeting Jews is clearly antisemitic". That's all your post required.

You must have missed the "Are we allowed to call it fascism yet"?* posts from people who have been warning about the rise of the far right across the globe. Are they baiting? Or are they saying "are you finally convinced now?" But if I was baiting, what would be he relevance of Israel? I've been warning about the worldwide rise of antisemitism for sometime. As a 'new' poster, maybe you missed this thread? It's getting fcuking scary for Jews around the world by GlasgowBlue 29 Oct 2023 19:04As per Dan's idea, this is the one thread for posting anti semitism awareness in the aftermath of the 7/11 pogrom.

I honestly can't think of any other form of racism where somebody would post "yeah it's bad but......" Islamophobia is bad but what about IS, Saudi etc. *AI overview: The question "ARE WE ALLOWED TO SAY IT'S FASCISM YET" appears to be a direct quote or reference to ongoing, often passionate, debates on the TWTD.co.uk forum regarding contemporary political events and figures, rather than a specific factual query about fascism itself. The forum hosts a variety of opinions on the matter, with no single consensus. Key viewpoints expressed in discussions include: Some posters argue that certain government actions, such as "authoritarian rules to protect private capitalists against green protests" or attacking national institutions, have "a bit of a fascisty feel". The use of rhetoric regarding "protecting our culture, values, and identity from migrants" has been described as coming "straight out of the 1920s and 30s fascist playbook". Other users caution against the casual use of the term "fascist," arguing that it trivializes the historical term and that not everyone you disagree with can be called a Nazi or fascist. Discussions often involve debates on whether specific political figures or movements, such as those associated with Charlie Kirk or Nigel Farage, can be accurately described as fascist or "far right". Ultimately, the question of whether "it's fascism yet" is an open and subjective debate within the community. You can view the discussions yourself on the TWTD Forum. [Post edited 23 Dec 22:32]

That's where I find it abhorrent that we see the likes of Tommy Robinson grifting in Israel and seemingly getting away with it The far right should never be treated as allies, people have short memories

that's not what he said though. he said antisemitism is bad, full stop. however, criticising some of netanyahu's policies isn't antisemitic, just because he was born a jew same as islamophobia is bad, full stop however, saying osama bin laden did some evil things isn't islamophobic, just because he was born a muslim
