If it helps, I wasn't confident going into last night and was looking at what the table would look like if we lost.
And i'm an optimist, perhaps realist, just felt averages etc would come into play.
Having seen last night, and I always feel performances are the biggest indicator, we tend to 'turn up' for bigger games and let teams who perhaps we should be dispatching, get the better of us.
I think over the course of the second half of the season, we'll do well and still feel we can win the second set of 23 games.
That would put us in with a shout of autos.
Weirdly, Boro look a better team now, but the results are going against them, Hull, Millwall, still rolling on with us. |  | | |
