I'm trying to buy (restricted view) tickets for my son, my wife and I for the Oxford game but I can't! I log in with my son's account as he was a Foul back in the 23/24 season and I'm told I can't buy an adult ticket because I'm 7, so created a new account in my wife's name to be told that we cannot buy a children's ticket because I'm +40!

If everyone is set up as friends / family on the same account then it should be possible but you need to assign the ticket price band to the correct name / age because the system does an age check | | | |

I think you have selected 3 seats but not amended each seat to the right person yet. I.e. they are all down as you. Just correct the child seat to your son and then you will be able to checkout (assume this is the problem). | |

I feel your pain. I much preferred the days when you could just rock up to matches and pay on the gate, and 'all ticket' matches were the exception rather than the rule.

Thank you for this. I always appreciate a grammar lesson as I feel it's important.
Anyway, after much messing around with creating accounts, adding to friends & family, etc., I managed to get all 3 of us plus a friend tickets for today's game. We haven't been since the 23/24 season so we're very excited. | | | |
