My weak wrist is down to a lot of tennis, badminton, joystick wiggling for the decathlon on the Commodore 64 and the discovery of masturbation all in the same period of time.

I used to love running. Did my first ever 10k road race in 39:56, ran sub 12 100m and sub 24 200m. But my knees gave up, damaged cartilages, repeated swelling and pain, and haven't been able to run for over 20 years.

Poll: would you rather

I have a persistently weak left ankle due to an old ligament injury, which current ITFC physio Matt Byard helped to treat. His previous incumbent, Dave Williams, treated my left wrist after a complex wrist fracture gave me some long term issues. He said it was fun to work on something that wasn't a back, knee ankle or hip as that was what he worked on all the time at the club.

Thought I would keep it Town related. 😆
