| Nunez - an apology 18:34 - Jan 17 with 894 views | itfc_bucks | I've been critical of Nunez and I'm big enough to say I was wrong. Although I maintain that he has the style of a competition-winner, he's already massively outperforming my expectations and let's just look at outputs, eh? Marcelino, I apologise. Keep doing your thing - it's glorious! | |

Most amazing thing about him is his work rate, he’s not afraid to get stuck in and best of all is he actually wins a lot on the air, a few games I have noticed him winning headers and flicking them on into really dangerous positions we did not anticipate. Atleast today when he won a couple of headers we were able to capitalise from them. To think we got him from Norwich for so cheap is amazing and funny at the same time - it’s a shame he didn’t get the goal to add to his tally.
| Nunez - an apology on 23:41 - Jan 17 with 471 views | Garv | He's transformed our season for me, I don't think that's being dramatic. Borg Szmodics and Akpom were struggling to link play high up, and it actually begs the question of whether a back up number 10 should actually be on the wishlist (or do we just use Clarke or Egeli when needed). Nunez came into that spot and has not looked back for a second. He's involved in basically everything good we do. | |

And the fact that Norwich fans said he is injury prone, yet he hasn't missed a game through injury for us since he signed

I see the comparison Frimley and I loved Jim. But I think Nunez is the more gifted player. Nunez is a terrific footballer and whatever he cost, it was a bargain. He is a pleasure to watch play. Great character too. At 25, he’s only going to improve too. One of the first names on the team sheet for me.
