We’re still giving them presents. I know KM goes for the calm, laid-back approach but I wish we’d show a bit more urgency sometimes. It makes it look like we don’t want this, which I’m sure isn’t the case. Without that extra zip and desire, we’re losing out on a lot of second balls.
