Squad XI v Kieran XI 11:02 - Feb 4 with 428 views

If could build your own 11 out of what we have in the squad (including Szmodics), who would be in it?
Would you be playing 4-4-2?
And would your XI beat Kieran’s 4-2-3-1 with everyone fit (so Wes on the right)?
Reason I ask? Well, I was just wondering whether there WAS a possibility of Szmodics or Akpom playing regularly in an XI?
I am gutted Sam left and can see Akpom riding into the sunser come the end of the season having done very little.
Such a waste.

I don't really see a system in which Akpom and Szmodics work that effectively together, unless you play Szmodics on the left and Akpom centrally, but then you're dropping Philogene/Clarke who are superior players. Akpom and Szmodics haven't really offered anything here to suggest they should be in the side ahead of others, let alone that they warrant a change of system to try and accommodate them.
