Of course, eglie isn't a winger plain as day, he didn't want obgene by the looks of it but I'd say hes an option if he's over that awful injury may has a chance if he doesn't as you say burns probably wouldn't cut it in the premiership the physical side may be to much,
That leaves one winger mcateer I have nothing against him I'd say that was McKenna's thought process,

Absolutely, I think the reaction to the bid on here was so over the top. Recruitment isn't just about what's needed in the current window. It's about succession planning and taking the opportunity on a player if/when it's available.

We have spent c.£38m on right wingers over the past c.18 months, and it sounds like it would take £15-20m to get Azeez in from Millwall.

Plus we have the fantastic Burns back.

I'm not sure he's that unrealistic.

But football doesn't stand still so maybe he's looking ahead next season whatever league were in,
Wes yes the rest of this season in the championship and next year should be offered a short deal but if we go up that's a big no he's out of contract in the summer,

Very likeable guy and a very decent footballer too. I’ll never forget his goal against Exeter when we sealed Promotion. I honestly think Hirst was the player he was because of some of the superb link up play between Burns, Chappers and Broady.

I think (unlike most) it’s a big disappointment we didn’t get Azeez as he would have made the right side of the pitch equally as good as the left with assists and goals .
