I have been to more or less every away game this season. I can’t recall (other than Coventry for obvious reasons) an away end serenade like that for a while. You could tell how much it meant, to both player and supporter today. All the lads coming over were absolutely buzzing, Azor, Furlong etc etc.
It was great to see and felt like it really meant something today. We needed that. Great away end throughout too, maybe the best of the season. Let’s keep kicking on! |  | | |  |

Maybe ( hopefully) the true connection between the players and the fans has finally materialised? Its been missing for a long while in my humble opinion... who knows maybe the departure of Szmodics this week has settled the squad right down? No one will ever truly know what went on inside the club but hopefully " we" all bond really tightly now going into these last few months because I think its going to be needed....

Agreed cracking atmosphere. We definitely needed that for lots of reasons beyond the points. Kasey getting an assist, Neil driving thru midfield, moving on from Szmodics, improving our away form. Felt like one that helped with the connection between fans and Kieran, lots of his song and heart bumping from him at the end, lovely stuff. |  | | |

I did wonder the same about Szmodics - we shall probably never know - but if the end result is the squad feeling more 'together' then I think it will be enough to get us over the line come May.
I'm predicting 11 more wins, 87-90 points - should be enough for top 2. |  |

Our away support was great all last season in the Premier League despite how poorly we did, something remarked on by at least two other sets of home fans.
This season there has been a bit of a drop off, but the away support is always far better than our home support, and there is always a much greater variety of songs away from home. [Post edited 8 Feb 12:08]

Yes, it was fun and made for a good day out.
Two out of the last three away games too. Yes, Sheffield United was disappointing but yesterday and Coventry were big performances. We need more but talk of us being crap away is overdone. |  |

I dont have many points so been struggling to get away tickets but yesterday was a brilliant effort from the town fans
Seemed everyone was joining in and the players clearly enjoyed our efforts
