He’s playing for Felixstowe & Walton.

Watched him yesterday against Maldon and Tiptree, as localish team for me in Essex and no game for Ipswich. Freddie Sears at the double, M&T 4-0 winners, Harry Wright had a mixed day, one outstanding save but also one horror moment gifting a goal playing out from the back. Felixstowe was full of many ex Town academy prospects, Zak Brown, Harry Wright, Sam Ford, Joe Whight, Jack Ainsley.

I'd say Henry Gray the biggest prospect, but all 3 are doing well, but 'footballing age' wise: Slicker - U23 - Playing L2 Gray - U21 - Playing L2 Williamson - U20 - Playing National League South So Henry Gray the outlier amongst them for level playing at

Around 1,200-1,300 I would say. Biggest gate at M&T was Heybridge Swifts, incredibly local derby - that was about 1,500, wasn't too far from that attendance. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Henry Gray was loved down here at Chelmsford, and he was very good for the spell he was there. By all accounts had a fantastic personality, was really confident with the ball and ultimately did the day job very well.

Joe Whight could play a bit. I thought he was going to have a good career in the football league when he was at Town but it never worked out. Had a few unfortunate injuries IIRC.
