How confident for Saturday? Try and approach every game with balance of confidence and humility. Strong at home, good record, but they're a strong team. Beat us earlier in the season, different motivations, nice to have these home games. Their position, take little notice given their players and new manager.

Leicester starting XI as strong as anyone in the division, experienced manager. We have a good team, good players.

Had a couple of draws when we got promoted, both felt like victories. A bit of injustice from PL game at Portman Road and they beat us twice away. Are happier coming into the game in the position we're in, but that goes out the window a little bit. It's about getting it right on the day.

Gary Rowett without a win, more aggressive in approach? You'd have to ask him. Tough games, results could have been different. Early in his tenure. They've got a clear motivation what he wants to do. Up to us to find a way of coming out on top.

Versatility important, have brought players in on that basis and worked on them in training for that. Greaves being an example, Mehmeti showing he can play in different roles, Dan Neil has already played as a number six and number eight. Happy we have that in a number of spots.

Mehmeti and Neil have started well. Anis, we've known him, he knows the division. Dan Neil, short of match fitness but familiar with the league, but they both know people in the squad, which has helped them settle in.

Next block, tough games. Can't take league position with too much significance, Leicester have had points deduction, were looking at the play-offs prior to that. Stoke away on Tuesday, going to be a really tough game regardless of where they are. Sheffield Wednesday haven't rolled over and Millwall tough. Can't afford to think any game will be more of a challenge than another. Tomorrow a really tough game and need to be ready for the battle it's going to be.

Surprised Saints and Leicester are where they are? I think I understand the challenges even more now we've come down. Our histories over the last few years different to those two, but learned a lot. Difficult to turn things around after relegation. Clubs coming down have advantages with parachute payments etc, but when you don't get a good start, can be really hard to turn that momentum around with the challenges this division brings. I can understand how it can be really difficult, and we've felt that, how hard you have to work, how strong you have to be mentally. I also think when you look at the Championship, and the PL as well, it's a tough league to play dominant football in. Games more broken, emphasis on set pieces. In Champ, that on a lot of poor surfaces. Having PL experience or quality in squad is equalised by a lot of different factors. Understand the challenges, living them and working hard to pull team and club together and enjoy battle of being one of the top teams in the division. Overall, it does and doesn't surprise me that Saints and LCFC have found it tough.

Teams changing, dropping players, switching systems. LIke to think we're prepared. Watford, their coach had finished their previous game with a back five, so thought maybe they might start that way. Often there are late changes, when you're a top team in good form, there's a chance the opposition could adapt and changed. Only so many what-ifs you can give players but don't want to overload them with info. You make them aware of possibilities but always leave flexibility that there might be changes and have process of how we might communicate that.

Akpom good week in training, got good experience across positions and difficult to leave people out of the squad. That's one of the challenges of being a manager. I think everyone in the squad understands that state of the season. We've spoken about it a lot and everyone understands. Of course, everyone wants to play, Chuba's no exception. Was picking up form before injury, scored in last start against Oxford and since then the other boys have had sharpness and goals since then. Can operate in different roles and will have a part to play going forward.

Begs the question what the future holds if we go up. Obliged to pay £7m for him and I can't see him getting any closer to the side than he is now with more recruitment inevitable and the traffic ahead of him. I doubt the club would be too worried financially as we would be up, but he's one I can see signing and then soon out elsewhere, either perm or loan. Maybe Brum would go back in for him.

He's 30 as well which is a bit older than I thought. To me he looks like a talented player who's not fully fit / match sharp. Whether he can change that with a proper pre season who knows, but would probably still need a run of games which, like you say is very unlikely here

I think he's talented, he's just never really got going here for 1 reason or another. Bit of interesting outbound recruitment inevitable in the summer. Muric, Ogbene, Szmodics, Humphreys, Baggott seem likely. Johnson as well? Townsend, Young, Burns and Chaplin out of contract. Akpom if we go up and he signs. Maybe 1 of Cajuste or Taylor if we add a couple there. It'll be at least 8 in again and the same out.

Depends what the contract says - whether we agreed to a flat price regardless of appearances. Say he played 30 mins, got injured and we got promoted i'm sure we'd be covered in that instance. I think it's a nice problem to have personally with not much downside for us - if we don't go up, then nothing to pay. If we do then in PL terms it is peanuts and you would think it would be easy enough to move him on should we wish.

I took it as meaning we knew about what he does from playing in the same division rather than any individual player knowing him well.
