That would entail considerable negotiation and the involvement of two legal teams, plus a lengthy delay in appointing a suitable (and probably more competent) replacement. Not to mention the discouraging signs that would give to prospective up and coming Chief Executive Officers of a high calibre, we might end up with another mid-range journeyman...
