Doublé.

Nunez should have been off - well done McKenna, taking him off. He served as a massive distraction for 20 mins… but was very, very lucky.

I’m not sure it was the right decision or wrong decision him coming on when the game was pretty dead flat. It reignited the game sort of unnecessarily. We got away with it to be honest. I feel more by luck than good judgement.

O’Shea immense.

Greaves must have had a magnet in his head and ball. Won a lot. There is a serious player there.

Azon - wrong boots? Slipping and gave up 2 chances towards the end which would have settled it for us without the added nerves.

I thought Taylor was very good - granted a few mistakes - but felt he was doing Matus job as well. Matus looked off pace.

Well done Hirst taking his chance after missing the easier one!

Walton had some very nervy moments in that game!

Philogene was brilliant defensively and offensively.

Performance wise, we got it spot on. It certainly wasn’t pretty.

Horrible game to watch, so nervy. Not sure whether the Nunez sub was a silly decision or masterstroke. Norwich lost their head, but he was so lucky to stay on the pitch.

I think a bit of both. Masterstroke by luck…

Amazing to finally do it again but think I lost ten years of my life watching it.

Amazing Nunez stayed on the pitch thank God there's no VAR!

That beaming smile is back, feels so good to have the derby dominance back.

Let's get something on Tuesday and not lose Sunday to make the end of the season a little stress free.

It looked like Nunez was going to cry or injure someone or himself. Crazy 10 mins of football.

Can anyone recall a sub getting subbed apart from that bloke who claimed to be a footballer at Southampton?

Walton nervy? I thought he was excellent today. Claiming things that he could have shied away from.

Actually, thinking about it, he did have a few where he maybe over-committed, but overall he was very commanding.

Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

I was hoping we wouldn’t see Nunez , 0-2 yokels quiet as mice, budgies not causing us too many problems. Only thing it would serve is reigniting the crowd.

Thought the first Nunez yellow was soft,Darling got him booked with the reaction. Second challenge he barely made contact. Third was madness and he should have gone really.

A great day, with better finishes could be 4 or 5

The only Muff in Town.

Fact is, Norwich were rubbish. Not one scummer would say they played well or deserved anything from the game.

We are just too good them, evidently.

Nervy is probably the wrong word. He made some good claims and a nice save (which he held on to) in the first half.

There are 2 I can remember - one in the first half and one in the second. Coming a long way for a free kick which he was never making, and making a mess of a long ball over the top when we had both our CBs there to deal with it. Fortunate both times.

Pretty much agree with that. Nuñez and Davis were incredibly immature and both should have been off (Davis for kicking the ball away after not getting a foul). McKenna was very smart to hook them both. Almost everyone else played very well (though Matusiwa was unusually peripheral). O'Shea, Greaves and Furlong were absolutely immense. Taylor was really good, Hirst was fine and took his goal very well. Jaden did very well. Mehmeti was a bit of a headless chicken but gave them some trouble. Walton didn't have his best game, made two bizarre decisions that could have backfired, but he was fine apart from that. But this was about much more than individual performances, it was a huge, really important team result that puts us in a very strong position (and sticks it to the Budgies). Six to go - three wins gets us second place I think, though I'd prefer four or five...

Sadly Norwich fans are saying they were the best team. It was the refs fault we scored two and they didn't look like scoring all game.

Thought even without the slightly generous refereeing decisions (penalty & Nunez not seeing red), we well deserved the 3 points.

To echo others, Greaves and O'Shea were immense. Can't remember a game where we just repelled wave after wave of attacks with consummate ease without the opposition creating at least one gilt edge chance. It was like they won every dual.

Hirst took his goal well (won't mention the chance before) and everyone did their job throughout the team. Hugely satisfying win - a proper masterclass of an away performance.

If we've nailed our approach to away games, that certainly positive given our run in.

100% agree. I don't think I have seen Town defend better as a unit in a game - the Budgies had 67% possession & 13 corners to our one, but they didn't really create a clear chance.
While Nunez's introduction nearly backfired spectacularly, he did put the ball on a plate for Azon to kill the game by making it 3-0.

Also a little nod from me to Johnson.

Gets a lot of negativity from many fans but in the last few games, replacement for Leif on the left, switched to the right today, he has just gone about his role with little fuss.
Ok he doesn't have the pace for a right sided winger and prone to the odd mistake/poor pass, but he kept breaking up their play today. Offered himself as an outlet.

Him and Taylor won't always get the plaudits, but both played key parts today.
