I actually loved Greaves tonight. I know it was his foul for their goal but I don't mind that. He was aggressive and taking ownership and he stepped out with the ball really well tonight. That recovery tackle was so good. He looked done for speed but just found another gear to make it against a really quick player. That's why Greaves is the future. He has all the tools. |  |

Yup. And Greaves has really matured this year as well. Still plays on the edge at times, but he's more experienced, cooler headed and as you put it, he has all the tools. Doesn't look like he gets flustered so much now. CBs do mature more slowly than other players I think.
I'd be happy with those two as first choice CB pairing next season, I think, but need more mobile backup than Kipre, good though he has been. |  |
