Amazing atmosphere today. 17:17 - May 2 with 771 viewsZx1988

Anyone else think it was better than Huddersfield two years ago?

Thought the noise pre-match was something else, and what an outpouring of emotion for the first two goals.

Never had anything like it at a Town game.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

Very emotional for all the goals. These players have sweated blood to turn into a yeamin 8 or 9 months. I honestly think there's more to come. And that makes me far more positive than 2 years ago, as beautiful as that double promotion was.

That's probably down to us having to win the match rather than draw. Unlike Huddersfield, QPR also made it a competitive game, goals aside, and I wasn't really comfortable until we scored the third.

Saw Ashyon crying behind his sunglasses on Sky. Pitch invasion. Walton looked really happy. Was tense outthere, we've all felt the pressure, but imagine tye pressure on all at the club. Excellent recovery after a dodgy start. Norwich at home, Coventry away, we've fought and earned it. Wonder the Town !!

Loudest I've heard it at PR. Was different when I was younger and in amongst it but these days I'm in West Stand upper. You get a really good sense of the atmosphere there and can hear the North Stand, Block A and the away fans. Today was definitely a level above. Before kick off was like the old days before grounds used to play music. And the first 10 mins, esp. after the goals, I literally couldn't hear the guy who sits next to me.

It was really special. And for me, this was the best promotion of the lot because it was the hardest. Incredible scenes at the end!

I'm at home now enjoying a beer and gorging myself on social media content, I think it's going to be absolute carnage in town tonight!
