Very sad for our friends at Fortuna Dusseldorf. Relegated to the third tier.
Just had to avoid losing by a 3-goal margin against second-bottom Furth to avoid definite relegation.
Were 3-0 down after 36 minutes. Furth now in the relegation playoff.

I just wonder if the way the club is run has something to do with it. On the surface a member owned non- profit club sounds something to applaud but when fans have the ultimate say in things rather than outside investors, it can produce problems. I doubt every single one of them is a financial whizz kid. Maybe they need to at least look for a happy medium? Maybe they could do worse than follow the example of Sheff W, who asked us for advice on how to turn their club around, whilst still keeping the club central to it's community. Whatever, I wish them well for the future. |  | | |
