I thought Brighton, Bournemouth and Brentford would all really struggle to replicate the form they showed under previously successful managers, but they've managed to slot new fellas into the role and just keeping pushing forwards. I don't know whether that's because the well-run nature of the club is doing a lot of the heavy lifting for the manager, or whether the well-run clubs just pick managers more successfully (or perhaps both). But yeah, Brentford's case was perhaps the best example, with Thomas Frank having been with them for so long, and been so consistent without too many stars, with a club that has never set the world alight before. Kudos to Andrews. He's taken over impressively with no fuss, and made it look easy. I'm sure it is anything but. |  | |  |
