The Twitter football mob are really after him.
Someone has made a 9 minute video of him kicking people.
I know he was physical when he played for us, but some of these are crazy. All I can think is the Chelsea managers have asked him to do it.

Doesn’t feel that way.
Feels like he scored three-quarters of his goals before the new year.
Edit: Just fact-checked my self. Game 20 (so the start of the second half of the season), was Fulham (a). Including that game, Delap scored five goals between then and the end of the season.
And therefore, before that 7 in the first 19 games.

My memory of Delap's season with us was essentially this...
He started off quietly, had a brilliant 3 or 4 months then faded the last 8-10 games and lost his place to Hirst. Funny old season really. |  | | |

Delap is too fouly, and this is worsened by being targeted by divers now he has this reputation. Also his selfishness (head-down & run towards goal routine) mostly results in lost possession. Poor heading technique means he scores hardly any headed goals. Championship promotion beggars can't be choosers, but he shouldn't be first choice striker recruit IMO. [Post edited 29 May 12:01]
