I only spotted this yesterday because I'm migrating away from my old email to a new address. If I hadn't seen it, I'd have lost my ability to link the accounts:
Supporters are reminded that from Tuesday, 2 June, we will be integrating tickets.itfc.co.uk into our single sign-on system to enhance your online experience. This will, therefore, mean that all ITFC platforms use the same login (single sign-on).
How does SSO impact me?
Supporters can no longer log in to ITFC ticketing using a Supporter ID
You will be required to login via an ITFC digital account instead
If you do not have an ITFC digital account, you will be required to create one
If you previously used a Supporter ID to log in, you must have access to the email address linked to it
Your Supporter ID has not been removed and is still linked to your ticketing account
Your ticketing account will still have your booking history, away priority points and friends and family network
What do I need to do?
If you have already acted on the information below then you are already prepared to begin the linking process on Tuesday, 2 June. There will be more information to follow.
If you do not have an ITFC Digital account you will need to register for one. When creating your ITFC Digital account, please ensure that the personal details below all match your ticketing account.
First name (Names must match, Samuel and samuel will link, Sam and Samuel won't)
Last name
Date of birth
Email
If you already have an ITFC Digital account under a different email address and want your accounts to link, please ensure the details above match on both your ITFC Digital and ticketing accounts. If there are any differences between the two accounts, they will fail to link.
If multiple Supporter IDs are linked to the same email address (e.g. for a family member), we strongly recommend that each ticketing account has a unique email address.
If you need to update your ticketing account or ITFC digital account details, please contact the Ticket Office on 03330 050 503, Monday - Friday from 10am - 5pm or by emailing mainticketoffice@itfc.co.uk.

Yep was surprised more people hadnt been complaining about it yet
Especially since we only ended up with multiple accounts because the club forced us to do it that way. And now insist we are the ones that help them merge them back together.
Their limits on the first names not matching too are so dumb as well. |  | | |

Yeah, I saw that.
The information was delivered in a very bossy manner and there was little help or advice. In my opinion. They could for instance have included links to the various accounts so stupid people like me would know wft they're talking about.
They created all these different websites with different log in rules and now they expect us to negotiate all the pitfalls associated with this new regime.
I honestly don't (or choose not to?) understand it so I'm hoping that everything will work out OK in this best of possible new world. |  | | |

Glad you reminded me of this and have just checked mine. All my personal details match between the two accounts so I guess that's fine and I don't need to do anything.

Glad you reminded me of this and have just checked mine. All my personal details match between the two accounts so I guess that's fine and I don't need to do anything.

My problem is that I have used two different first names on these sites. Like Robert/Bob (but not those!) The sites won't let you change your christian name. Not that I can see anyway.
Strangely though, they do seem to let you change your surname! | | | |

My problem is that I have used two different first names on these sites. Like Robert/Bob (but not those!) The sites won't let you change your christian name. Not that I can see anyway.

Meadowlark. Ring the ticket office. I had this problem with my first name showing on the digital account and my initials on ticket website. You can't change it but the ticket office will do it for you. | | | |
