His only outlier. 2021 - Hired Kieran Mckenna giving him his first job aged 35 He clearly likes to have a younger profile of manager, someone who is a relative unknown, a tactician and a coach with something to prove. I'd be amazed if our next manager was not a younger manager who is experiencing the Premier League for the first time.
