Massive storm passed north of Newcastle yesterday, we barely got anything south of the river.
There's some canny good photos of lightning at the Angel and over Tynemouth.

Genuinely question. Do you honestly think this week has been a good thing and not a cause for concern?
And if it isn't of any concern then why?
Not trying to stat an argument but for me it's been absolutely horrific and it seems we are going to have more of this to come year in year. Other parts of Europe have had it much worse as well.
Forgetting the unpleasantness in the house with stifling heat. Farming is going to be decimated at this rate. |  |

Most of our land around the village has now been built on,or is up for planning.
Also a lot of our fields grow turf for the new builds.
