Anyone else got Andy realistic/semi realistic transfer suggestions they would love to see. I'd go with: Keeper: Rushworth would be the best going but I'm happy if we get Pope. Good experience and calm man behind the sticks and local lad. Defender: Lloyd Kelly ticks all the boxes for me. Sarbitzer (Dortmund): long shot but he's 32 and I imagine we could easily pay the transfer fee required so just whether we could persuade him to leave European footballer. Brilliant player. A leader, powerful and technically great. Would be like Xhaka signing for Sunderland. Would be perfect how we operate next to Matusiwa. Striker: Josh Sargent - this one is probably unpopular but he really would suit our system, would settle quickly and would be highly amusing with them up the road. In all seriousness though we need 2 very good strikers and he would be a really good fit. Delap on loan + Sargent would be excellent business. Another I think would be a good time time to get and a bit ambitious is Tami Abraham. Didn't set things on fire and Villa with slightly limited game time but playing week in and week out for us in our system would be good for all parties for my money. Who would you like to see come in?

That's actually an interesting shout. Would know Dara and the West Brom boys as well. Man Utd want him but presumably as cover. Can't imagine he would cost much. Palmer has been very unlucky for us. He's a really good keeper as is Walton. I haven't seen enough of Sam Johnston to know if a big upgrade but obviously he has 4 England caps.

I think Sargent + at least one other would work. Prem.would almost suit Sargent over a 46 game champ season i think.

Yep. He's a very good forward who would quite clearly improve us. If we could get better then brilliant but you'd have to have been away from the planet for 5 years to have missed how hard it is getting strikers in the market and we need 2 or 3 strikers. So as one of them he would be excellent.

Chalobah likewise is apparently up for sale to a European club but they arent willing to pay 25m for him which I think is excellent for him if he performs like he did on loan at Palace. Probably like all Chelsea players ambitions and wages beyond what we can offer but him and O'Shea as Right and Chalobah left CB with another central would be a great combo for back 3 in transition. Not realistic but Curtis Jones is also up for sale but can't see him ever coming here unless the rest of recruitment come from Mars and Jupiter to convince him. Think Tyler Morton well worth looking at but probably want experience in that position. Norton-Cuffy would be good but hard to get if Juve come in for him, I think he has super high ceiling and could offer a lot going forward partnered with O'Shea on the right. Always looked bright for U21s at Euros.
