That was as stonewall a penalty as you'll see. The ref has been incredibly weak with Paraguay and their antics.

It's definitely a penalty. The contact on slowdown is very obvious.

With the Kane one, there was an angle where you see him already starting to go down anticipating the contact. Doue got contact and then went down.
