If it's any consolation I'm cutting back on away trips this season. I'm not going to Palace as it's a nightmare to get to and when you do get there you can't see the pitch. I've got my Manure ticket and I'll definitely go to Everton, and if there's an interesting League Cup away fixture I'll go to that one, but the whole Premier League away experience was a bit crap last time around and I don't just mean the results.
In many ways the few seasons we had down in the third division were more fun.
Mind you, I'll be kicking myself if we qualify for Europe and I find myself lacking in APPs next season. |  | | |

They're all a nightmare if you start from where I start from! But that schlepp across London from Liverpool Street/Stratfod is not my favourite. And it used to be a better view when we stood on the open terrace behind the goal. | | | |

The games in London I find a pain are places like Tottenham and Arsenal where it takes an inordinate length of time just to get on the tube after the game because of the queues. [Post edited 30 Jul 20:55]

Palace is pretty easy to get to and if you get tickets at the front the view is ok. If you are worried about Europe or points next season just buy a ticket anyway even if you can't go to keep the points up | | | |
