If we can let Hirst go to Stoke on loan with a mandatory buy option of £5m-£6m+ next summer, that's reasonable business given that his ceiling is sub-PL level. Hirst was reasonably good last time in the prem. He seems better when running in behind and not being a hold up player. He’s a bit maligned now but he’s been a really good player for us over the years. He’s is not clinical enough in front of goal and I think he knows that but if he stays you know he will always give 100 percent. |  |

Hirsty has been monumental here. Ran his socks off for the team and scored some vital goals.
His link play very underrated imo.
I'd be keeping him but if he has to go he deserves a really good move.
