Been trying out a calorie deficit diet for the last few weeks, so keeping it light but a rare little sweet treat, plus it’s too hot to eat as I sit here at Tesco Copdock in 32°c warmth, feels hotter though. |  |

Croissant, apple and some sugary cinnamon bun thing from a kiosk in Göteborg bus station on my way from Oslo to Malmö. Out for a curry last night. Shami kebab followed by tandoori chicken biryani and vege curry plus a chicken Satkara and a keema nan to dip in the sauce. Washed down by a couple of Cobras and a single malt. Magnificent.
Still stuffed, today’s brekkers was a yoghurt. Lunch a couple of buttered crumpets one with Brie melted into it and evening nosebag will be a salad with some Spanish Serrano ham, which I love. |  | | |
