Prior to the introduction of Digital Ticketing, on a few occasions when my wife (65+ senior) was unable to attend a game our son would use her ST ticket. He would simply go to the ticket office and pay to upgrade from senior to adult.
We have been trying to upgrade the ticket for tomorrow’s game but are obviously doing something wrong. Tried calling the ticket office but gave up after 30min wait.
Does anyone have an idiots guide for the above process.

I was on the phone to the ticket office earlier this week, for 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES!!
Eventually got to speak to someone . My problem is that altho the website shows my account with my name, it will not show my customer number in order for me to update my Friends and Family list. I have no idea why.
The lady I spoke to did add one name but the ITFC website will still not allow me to put my ID number in, so I can't update it myself.
Is anybody else having this problem please? |  | | |

You need to log on as the person that has the season ticket you are trying to forward and they have to be ‘joined/connected’ to the person you are forwarding to. You can then opt to upgrade e.g from concession to Adult.
The person you are forwarding the ticket too will have to have an account and customer ID and then download to wallet etc. [Post edited 21 Aug 19:31]

Is that at the start on the first screen where it says “reveal approval code”
Or at the end after you have entered the friend & family members supporter ID followed by their last name or post code, before pressing confirm. If it’s the latter all I keep getting in red font “invalid approved code”

After 9 hours of trying Still no luck in trying toad another supporter to my friends & family, which is a prerequisite to passing a ST for a game I’m unable to attend.
Continuing to get the message “invalid approval code”
Is the physical ticket off still in place and manned for today’s game.

All sorted at long last. The frien & family I was trying to add, supplied their account ID not their Supporter ID. Once we’d sussed that it was a piece of cake.
