Not sure about that. We were lucky to keep him when we went down and the arm band might've been a factor in that. Played a massive role last season, POTS for me and in this day and age he was a bargain at £12m. Very good defender, if we outgrow O'Shea at some point soon we'll have recruited very well.

He's not a natural full back. GONs assessment isn't wrong in having a tall strong full back.
