Has anyone got through in less than 30 minutes at any point this season? For different reasons I’ve had to contact then 3 times in the last month. Hung up multiple times after being told I was position 40 something or 50 something in the queue. Gave up after an hour on hold earlier today and so will now have to drive to Ipswich tomorrow in the hope of getting it sorted in person.
I don’t like being negative or moaning when there is so much to be positive about and the staff when you do get to speak to them are great. If my experience is typical though, what used to be quick and easy is now down there with the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in terms of wait times. [Post edited 7 Sep 18:04]

I don't get it. 75 minutes both times I've got through.
Surely they just build a button into the website that allows you to return tickets through there? If you can reallocate them to friends and family, why can't you return them via the same process?
Would clear up the phone lines and make things fair quicker and easier for everyone?
They are, as you say, brilliant and very friendly when on the phone so 10/10 to everyone working there. | | | |

I’ve never had to wait more than 5/10 mins but I always make sure I don’t call on days that tickets are released as they seem chaotic. |  |

Spoken to them a couple of times in last month.
Maybe lucky, but I have got through within a few minutes both times.
Also, the staff have been really helpful and answered my questions without making me out to be the dope I am on IT issues. | | | |

Spoke to them today and as we have said they are great but many links in the web site are broken and so phoning is the only option.
I was number 32 in the queue so obviously problems again today.
Can't believe that so many web site links are down in this day an age and staffing seems to be very low.. | |

I wanted to clarify something today, so rang.
The ticket office are usually so helpful when I've called before.
Taking 15 mins to move from 41 to 35 in the queue, caused me to hang up.
I'm sure the staff are still very helpful, but the initial process has become terrible. |  |
