I'm my honest opinion, the C4 program was really poorly put together.

Left himself wide open to be criticized around the depths of the digging he went into. Of course if you dislike TR then it wont matter as it'll appear to be a "gotcha" moment.

From a neutral ground, with no foot in either camp, I just thought it was a waste of time.

"No foot in either camp" isn't a stance anyone can take with Tommy Ten Names or his ilk.
