This is my approach - if I find I start to reply to an individual and it is making me more and more frustrated, I add to ignore as I feel life is too short to get annoyed at postings on a footy message board . . . |
A very good approach. I do this with contentious threads. If I find myself replying in anger or frustration to someone, I stop, lean on the delete button, and give it 24 hours. If a particular poster is still annoying me, they go on the div list.
It works 90% of the time, but I don't always practice the self-control I'd like to. 🤣 |  |
